Terms of Use

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for documenting and managing your own inventory, and in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (properties, items, photos, videos, documents). You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and process it to provide the Service, including AI analysis of the videos you submit. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to upload it; do not upload other people's personal data without their consent.

4. AI features

The AI features are a helpful aid and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming your inventory, conditions, and reports. We make no guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Homover offers a free plan and a paid Premium auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload content you have no right to use, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logo, and content (excluding your content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Apple (App Store) terms

These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

The license granted is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app, its maintenance and support, and for addressing any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Çanakkale, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside, and you may also bring claims before your local competent authorities.
